About Us
Founded in 2025 by Jasmin Gomez, Lycanthrope Management was built on a straightforward premise: that rock and metal artists deserve infrastructure and strategic rigor at the highest standard the music industry has to offer, and that building it is entirely within reach.
Jasmin holds a master's degree in Music Business from Berklee College of Music and a bachelor's in Music Industry Studies from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. In nearly ten years across independent and major labels, most notably Universal Music Group, she learned that independent work teaches you to build from almost nothing and major label work shows you the machinery. Lycanthrope was founded to put both to use.
The company handles the full architecture of an artist's career: strategy, release planning, booking and touring, branding, marketing, and long-term direction. It holds a California talent agency license, allowing it to book its own roster rather than route that work elsewhere. Lycanthrope's mission is a management model where the company and the artist succeed on the same terms. Incentives are aligned by design, and the artist communicates directly with the person doing the work.
Every strategy is built on measurable signal alongside creative instinct, on the premise that taste identifies what a band could become and data determines whether the plan to get there is working.
Lycanthrope Management exists to empower rock and metal artists with white-glove strategy, direct support, and fierce creative partnership. The goal is focused partnership, practical execution, creative support, and long-term artist growth.
Approach
Guidance shaped around the artist instead of a generic campaign template.
Streaming, social, content, and audience signals sharpen release timing, rollout planning, and touring decisions.
Strategy exists to protect the vision and make it travel farther, not to sand it down.
